Morgan Sindall has been appointed to construct a £60m secondary faculty in Cardiff.
The UK’s second-largest contractor has already carried out enabling works on the Willows Excessive Faculty web site on Lewis Street in Splott, to the east of Cardiff’s metropolis centre.
