Inspiring Women Awards 2023 recognise high achievers

Following a day of informative panel classes and networking alternatives, this 12 months’s Inspiring Girls in Development and Engineering Awards, organised by Development Information and New Civil Engineer, recognised people and groups which have made excellent contributions to gender range.

A panel of 42 judges whittled down a record-breaking variety of entries to a shortlist of 139 people and organisations, earlier than selecting the profitable entries throughout 15 classes. These ranged from Technical Excellence and STEM Champion to Allyship Champion of the 12 months and inspirational girls leaders within the provider, advisor and contractor communities.

The winners (see beneath), introduced on 10 October on the awards ceremony on the Leonardo Royal London Lodge in St Paul’s, all demonstrated a concentrate on bettering EDI and inspiring the event of girls inside development and engineering.
